Online & Mobile Banking Upgrades

 

 

Where Do I Log in?

Beginning June 5, the Online Banking login area throughout our website will change. Here’s how the new login area will look between June 5 – June 16:

  • Personal Online Customers – Continue to use the Online Banking login on the left.
  • Business Online Customers – Use the Online Banking login on the left to access the existing system and conduct transactional business. Use the Business Online Preview login on the right to preview our new system and setup certain future transactions (see below for details)

 

Then, beginning June 22, Personal and Business customers will have separate login areas. Here’s how the new login area will look beginning June 22:

 

  • Personal Online Customers – Use the Personal Banking login on the left.
  • Business Online Customers – Use the Business Banking login on the right.

    Personal Online Banking

    Beginning Thursday, June 22, our upgraded Online Banking will be available for all personal accounts and will include these new Unbelievably Good things:

     

    • Personalized Financial Tracking Widgets, Reports and Transaction Categories
    • Customized Alerts via Text Message or Email
    • View Deposit Ticket and Deposited Item Images
    • Longer Transaction Histories (up to 18 Months)
    • Friendly Password Reset Requirements (every 12 months)
    • Updated Mobile Apps for Apple and Android Devices

     

    Plus, these additional benefits coming soon:

     

    • Person-to-Person Payments
    • Stop Payments for Outstanding Checks
    • Account Transfers to Non-FirstCNB Accounts

    ATTENTION BUSINESS CUSTOMERS: If you are currently using a single login to co-mingle Business and Personal accounts, your Online Banking access may have been migrated to the new Business Online Banking system. Business Online Banking login information is available below.

    Mobile Banking App

    The existing First Citizens National Bank Mobile Banking App for Apple and Android will continue to function through 3:00 p.m. Eastern / 4:00 Central on June 20. We recommend you delete the old app from your device after this time to avoid confusion.

     

    Download the new Mobile Banking App and begin using at 8 a.m. Central / 9 a.m. Eastern on June 22. Before you attempt to login to the new Mobile App, you are required to log in to the new Personal Online Banking via a web browser (on either a mobile device or desktop). After successfully logging into via a browser, you will be able to access your account information directly from the App.

     

    Business Online Banking

    Beginning Thursday, June 22, Business Online Banking will be available for all business accounts and will include these new Unbelievably Good things:

     

    • New Company Administrators can Control Additional Users, Levels of Access and Transaction Authorizations
    • Business Bill Pay with Fraud Monitoring and Dual Approvals

     

    Plus, these additional benefits coming soon

     

    • Online Wire Submissions
    • ACH and Wire Transaction Monitoring
    • Business Mobile Banking (including our New Business Mobile App)

     

    Preview Period: June 5 – June 16
    We know that any new tool takes some getting used to. We recommend that you log in to the new Business Online Banking during the preview period to get used to the new screens. Beginning June 5, the Personal and Business login screens will be separated on the www.FirstCNB.com home page.
